Plan your work

Start here when you want to understand how Weeks organizes planning work. The core model is small: a team contains spaces, a space contains plans, a plan contains slots, and slots contain jobs.

Account and profile Update your name, personal time zone, email address, and password. Teams Where members, access, and account-level administration live. Spaces How related plans, people, and operating rules are grouped. Build and staff a plan Create slots and reusable jobs, assign people, read staffing signals, and archive finished plans. Use the All jobs workspace Filter work across plans, compare List and Timeline, and save reusable views. Manage people Reuse people across plans and resolve unlinked or duplicate identities. Share a schedule Publish a filtered overview, control self-sign-up, and offer personal calendar subscriptions. Structure your project Choose when to use teams, spaces, plans, slots, and jobs.
